Becoming a Member

To join the Lean Network, the company must be a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Honda supplier.

The process of becoming a member of the Lean Network is as follows:

  1. Company is nominated and/or approaches the Network.
  2. Honda reviews Candidates for Stability.
  3. Supplier is invited to apply for membership.
  4. Supplier submits an application.
  5. Steering Committee reviews and approves.
  6. Supplier pays dues and begins participation.
