Lean Network, Inc. is a non-profit corporation formed in 2003 centered around the concept that the improvement journey should not be flown solo. Our members are all Honda suppliers with the goal of improving our organizations through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and waste reduction. We have banded together for mutual encouragement and education — to use our collective strength and knowledge to achieve excellence.
If your organization supplies products or services to Honda and is willing to actively engage with us — to our benefit as well as yours — then we have much to offer you! From expert speakers on various aspects of lean to targeted interactive workshops and large conference settings, we provide a variety of avenues for you to meet your peers, learn, be encouraged and motivated to take that next step forward.
